Y el hombre ciertamente tiene sed! hungry, en profunda angustia. El hombre vive una vida muy falsa, inauthentic. solo finge vivir; él realmente no vive. Pasa por todos los gestos vacíos de vivir, pero mira a la gente, Mírate a ti mismo, mira a los demás — no verás el baile. la gente se arrastra; la vida parece ser una carga, una gran carga, de alguna manera ser tolerado. La vida no es una celebración., y eso es lo que debería ser.
Tus pasos no tienen calidad de baile. Tu corazón no palpita de éxtasis. No estás palpitando y vibrando de alegría., con amor. No estás rebosante de energía. ¿Qué tipo de vida es esta?? Solo dando vueltas y vueltas en círculos, dead, dull, rutinas estúpidas. Solo espero que mañana pase algo… y el mañana nunca llega, y nunca pasa nada. Esperando a Godot, y Godot nunca llega. Sigues esperando y esperando y esperando y todo lo que llega es la muerte.
Pero la vida es tan miserable que incluso la muerte se siente como un alivio.. La vida es tan vacía que es muy raro encontrar un ser humano que no haya contemplado, en algún momento u otro, suicidarse. La vida está tan vacía que seguimos manteniéndonos ocupados — con cualquier basura, solo para permanecer ocupados para que no veamos el vacío, para que no veamos el vacío interior, la oscuridad interior.
Solo observa y verás que el hombre vive en una gran angustia, anxiety. El hombre ya está en el infierno. cuando alguien me pregunta, “Osho, crees que hay un infierno?” Yo siempre digo, “No es cuestión de creer — estás viviendo en él.” El infierno no se puede dudar; se puede dudar del cielo pero no del infierno. El infierno es una realidad tan cotidiana! But why? — Por qué debería ser así? ¿Por qué sucedió en primer lugar?? Tendremos que entender algo especial sobre los seres humanos..
El hombre es el único animal sobre la tierra., de hecho en toda la existencia, quien es dual. Otros animales no son duales.: Ellos son lo que son, por lo tanto no hay problema. un tigre es un tigre, y un pavo real es un pavo real, y un perro es un perro. Con el hombre hay algo especial. Esa es la gloria del hombre., si lo entendemos. si no lo entendemos, esto se convierte en la agonía.
El hombre no es lo que es: el puede ser mas. El hombre no ha terminado: el hombre es un crecimiento. El hombre es el único ser en crecimiento que existe., el único ser en evolución que existe. El hombre es un potencial y mucho tiene que volverse actual en él.. Y a menos que empieces a transformar tu potencial en realidad, tu vida permanecerá vacía. la semilla esta vacia. Si la semilla sigue siendo semilla permanecerá en angustia; no sentirá la alegría de la plenitud, la alegría que viene cuando la semilla se ha convertido en el árbol y el árbol ha florecido.
El hombre es una semilla — la semilla de Dios. Cuando el hombre florece, Dios se manifiesta. Es por eso que hemos llamado a Buda 'Bhagwan'; Mahavira, La cualidad más femenina es la receptividad., 'Bhagwan'. Simplemente significa que su semilla ya no es una semilla; la semilla ha desaparecido en el suelo de la existencia, y han llegado a su florecimiento final. La piedad ha florecido en ellos. La fragancia de la divinidad ha sido liberada.. se cumplen, completamente cumplido. Felices están porque han vuelto a casa.. Ahora no hay a donde ir.
El hombre es el único animal que es un producto inacabado.. Nature has brought man to a certain point, and from that point man has been made responsible. Now you are responsible for your growth. Nature cannot do any more; whatsoever was possible through nature has already happened — it has brought you to the threshold. You have to take the further journey now; you have to become a pilgrim.
If you don’t become a pilgrim, if your life does not take the quality of adventure, of search, of enquiry, you will remain empty — and you will remain thirsty, and you will remain hungry. You will remain spiritually starved. Don’t take yourself for granted — ese es el problema, exactly that is the very crux of the problem: we take ourselves for granted,
we think as if we are what we are supposed to be.
Man is a paradox. Man is not what he thinks he is — man is far more. Man’s capacities are immense. De hecho, there are no limits to man’s growth. One can go on and on and on… It is an infinite journey. There is no goal! There is a beginning of the pilgrimage but no end. To know God is to know that life is an eternal pilgrimage. What is the meaning when we say God is infinite. You can go ON attaining, but you can never say that now the dead end has come.
This is the beauty of existence — it goes on giving you more and more opportunities. When you have climbed one peak, another peak starts giving you challenges. The misery of man is that he thinks he is what he is supposed to be. He thinks that he is already that which he can be. Man remains satisfied with the superficial; then there will remain a deep discontent in your soul. That’s what Kabir is trying to say Kabir is one of the greatest revolutionaries who has ever walked on the earth. His insight is of tremendous value. If you can fall en rapport with his vision you will be enriched —
you will be enriched beyond all your expectations.
